I'm 5'9
weighing about 125 lbs
measurements
bust 31
waist 24
hips 35
what do I have to do to go down to on my waist and hips.
I know you can't target only one spot of my body. I don't mind loosing weight everywhere.
I just need to be
bust 31
waist 23
hips 34 or 33
I'm on healthy diet. I don't eat junk food at all.
I drink 7-8 cups of water daily. Every morning I eat PB on toast and sometimes banana on the side or pancakes.
mostly at lunch I either eat a fruit or milkshake (soy milk)
at dinner I eat rice and beans sometimes. Whatever is cooked in the house which is usually something with rice.
This is modelling, a agency a LEGIT one is interested in me but wants me to loose 1 inch off waist and hips before they sign me.
I'm aware this isn't going to take me a week, I am looking to be like this in 2-3 months or maybe even less.
I know I have to stick to 1,200 calorie diet and no fatty foods. I trained my body to be like that.
Let me know some workouts you have tried etc etc. I'm signing up for the gym this week.
I want to loose fat but I don't want to get bulky. Otherwise I would have been a fitness model.
I only have fat no muscle seriously I worked out a little as a kid but not as much as going to the gym like a one hour or less workout.

You are underweight!! You don't need to lose weight! You might need to tone up though.0

Well they don't want too, so I'm going to do what I have to do. Is there at least one person with a tip on how to loose inches off your waist and hips fast?

Keep your diet as-is - but fat is necessary for proper bodily function. Eat back your exercise calories
Running is a great way to tone all over - especially your core and lower body. Also try yoga.
5'9" and 125 is NOT starving and I don't find your situation offensive (jealous, I am!)

You can always take a heath supliment that targets body fat.0

i am 5'2'' ..way shorter.. and have almost the same stats as you .. personally, the modeling agency has an unhealthy mindset to tell you to lose inches
lifting weights won't bulk you up
need to eat more0 -
I'm sorry they are making you do this because you're perfect the way you are, but I agree that you just need to exercise to reach your goal.0

Wow really, Honey, don't let them tell you that you need to be skinnier. I'm 5'9 and if I were to weigh 125 I would be skin and bone. You don't need that. Don't do that to your body.0

Hon.. . . 5'9 and 125 wow. . . I would recommend weight training and picking up a little weight. . The very low end of the scale for my height at 5'7 is 118. . .
So be careful. . Talk to a trainer or a nutritionist so that they can better advise you would be my recommmendation at this point. . Good luck.0
