At home workouts work well

I have been on my health and wellness journey for almost a year. I lost 30lbs and am now motivation for others. I have 20lbs more to be at my “goal” with of 128lbs. Love communities like this that offer positivity of like minded people.

    Good to hear home workouts work well. I'll be doing at home workouts for awhile due to only of the only gyms around are a tad exxpensive. Keep going!

    I have been doing yoga and HIIT- type workouts at home for years. I like just doing my own thing and working out hard without an audience- and best of all- NO DRIVE! Just throw on loose clothes and get to it!

    I’m at 145 pounds and I want to get to 120! I’d love a new friend to help motivate me to keep coming back to mfp. 🙂
