I have a question. So I’ve be cooking brown rice in my rice maker for a prep. I’m using the entry method on MFP of “cooked long grain brown rice”. Eating about 100 grams or 150 gram on most meals. Please tell me if this is accurate.

I weigh foods like rice when they are dry, generally it's going to be more accurate.2

Just weigh it before it's cooked0
