Weightloss mission

Hey everyone. I'm going to be honest, I have lost my motivation and I need to find it back. I have previously lost 55 lbs but slowly but surely I have gained it back. I am on a mission to lose this weight and keep it off. I am looking for some support and some knowledge. What keeps you motivated ? How do you find time to work out with a busy schedule?

Welcome!!! I just rejoined MFP again today.
Having an inspiring Instagram feed of fitness models working out works for me!
Now I just have to perfect my calorie intake in the kitchen again.1 -

I have a hard time staying consistent, too. I just joined a boxing gym, and I find the people there to be very motivating. Find a fitness class that interests you!1

I find taking my gym kit with me in the car everyday so I don't go home before working out really helps.1

Finding time is making time 24 hrs in a day try scheduling 40-60mins and make sure you sweat (you live in a warm state) eat clean and drink mostly water all the best2
