No thanks. That wouldn't fit with my goals. :noway:4

What do you mean by fasting? Are you talking about IF (eating within a certain window, say 1PM to 9PM) daily, which is what some people find helps them stick to their calories better. Or are you talking about totally cutting out food for 14 days (unhealthy, dangerous, and against forum rules to promote)?2

Sorry ... no.
I can tell you right now that not eating for 14 days would do absolutely nothing healthy for my body and mental state.3 -
No thanks! I prefer to eat normally and be happy.1

If you’re talking about only water for 14 days, that sounds dangerous and against the rules to advocate here.

I really hope you mean intermittent fasting. Fasting with no food for 14 days is super unhealthy, and is likely to make you sick (mentally and physically). If you need something for your mental health, why not try a yoga class? Or meditation- YouTube has hours and hours of guided meditation for free. Your body wants to be fuelled. Why not try adding more water for 14 days? Or no cheat meals for 14 days.
You can definitely recharge your body without starving it of what it needs! Please reconsider.1 -
