    It makes sense. When you limit the hours in a day that you can eat you're less likely to overdo your calories, but you still have to make the right food and drink choices. I don't personally do it, because I have a weird work schedule, but I think it's really great.

    I’m an IF practitioner and believe it’s a great tool, just like MFP. Use all the tools you can to get your health and wellness job done.
