    This is exciting to start something new. Any specific goals or kinds of food you like to eat or are also trying to avoid? I am hoping to find friends I can connect with as well.

    Welcome! I eat it all without restrictions, except calorie count. Certainly I choose foods that I consider healthy, but that is a very personal definition.

    Start by reading the posts about getting started at the beginning of the forums. Log all your food, everything! and stay within your calorie allotment. Just stick to the basics.
