Just started Keto on 12/1 at my doctors recommendation. I have lost 13.2 so far. I know it will slow down so I plan on adding exercise next week. I need recipes that do not contain shellfish ( husband is allergic to shellfish). Please add me. I need some support.4

HI all, I do low carb, but admit I have used some Keto recipes for sweet tooth for Christmas. Pinterest has tons of Keto recipes for almost anything you want to research and look for. Also under Yummly.
There is also a recipe swap forum here on MFP that has lots of recipes, and there is under message boards a specific place for low carb and Keto you all should find very helpful. Lots of information, recipes, what others have found helpful etc... Good Luck.2 -

how do I add you as friends ? I have lost 14lbs on keto fell off for christmas but will be starting again on 7th Jan. my percentages are 5% total carbs, 20% protein and 75% fat calories are 1350 per day.... I am from the UK1
