Hey, I’ve just joined and the goal is to lost a stone before 30th jan. I’ve been doing protein world for the past month and lost half a stone. Thought calorie counting on the side would do me some good, to try and control more of my eating. I also go the gym around 3-4 times a week. Any advice welcomed! Xx
