So glad to find this group. I’ll be 62 this month, 50 lbs overweight with rheumatoid arthritis. Moving and losing some weight would really help. Ironically I achieved being Weight Watcher. I know what to do but gave up on myself a few years back. If you can identify I’m hoping to make a few friends to motivate each other. Trying to stay positive!

I have RA and losing some weight helped. Read the stickies at the top. The sexy pants one is very good. For some reason, I cannot link it.0

You are for sure not alone! I don't have RA, but all my joints and my feet hurt when i was 28 lbs overweight. Walking felt awful. Within 15 lbs the pain was much, much better. Pain-free is incentive!
