Hi, I just joined. I have already lost 35 lbs, need to loose about 76 more. i am 35 yrs old and single living in Sw Iowa, work in Omaha, Ne. I do have 2 children who are very short and furry, but i love them all the same. I work hard, and want a better healthier lifestyle for myself. Any tips are welcome.
