Hello all, first time trying this app, and probably my 100th time trying to go from super fat to not so fat. Any and all advice is appreciated. Cheers.

    Welcome. I highly recommend looking through the pinned posts at the beginning of each discussion topic. You’ll find great information. I don’t know a single American that says howdy ho.
