Hello Hello 1st day

I'm new and just wanted to see if I can find some committed Keto friends out there.

I am in week 3 of Keto I ran my first my mile since I started this life changing diet and I want to learn as much as I can about others experiences.

My goal is to get down to 170 lbs I am currently at 205 lbs with a BMI of about 33.3%.

By doing this and being fat adapted I would like to be able to manage my day better with highs and lows determining my focus level. I have very demanding position that requires a lot of focus and emotional management. Really I just desire the cognitive benefits and overall great feeling I am expecting from this life changing habit and I would love to here other's success stories

    Joining the crowd .. started Keto today .. looking to lose 40 by June 2018 .. currently, 240 .. 198 is my goal .. I’m 72 and starting a walking and gym program today ... Got a Fitbit to track my steps ...

    I'm not doing keto but I do eat allot of the recipes I'm just doing low carb I would live to have more friends that are doing low carb or keto
