Hi there my name is Lupe and I’m 29. I started KetoDiet last Monday and Im a week in a half in. Looking to connect with anyone who is just starting on keto or who has been in keto for a while. I know there are plenty of groups on Facebook and such but I am always on MyFitnessPal that i would love to connect here.

    I'm also new to keto, well not totally, I have always been a low-carb eater, but now i'm following the keto macros a bit closer. So far so good!
