Hi everyone, this would be my second week in into trying to be fit. I’m currently trying to loose belly fat but gain muscle weight. I’m still a little confused on how to track my Macros knowing I’m trying to loose and gain. I’m really just trying to loose on my upper body and gain on my lower belly so I’m not really sure what to put on my goal weight. I eat healthy and i started adding protein in my smoothies for when i train on my legs. When i don’t train or workout i don’t add any protein but will eat protein in my meals if that makes sense. If anyone out there can help me that would be a blessing. Thanks in advance ☺️

I think its ok to have protein even on days you dont train.. what does your diet look like ?0
