I've been on and off FP for 3 years...yes, I'm a yo-yo when it comes to recording and sticking with a fitness strategy. BUT I hang in there and now I'm back again thanks to some gentle pushing from my doctor. Healthy but having hip issues :(.

I have a question for any of you grammas who babysit for little ones...you know what I'm talking about! Those days when you are running around, bending, lifting, stair climbing...exhausting AND no where to record that activity in the exercise journal! Any hints on how to include these days in calculating hourly physical activity???

Go into the Diary under Cardiovascular and do a search for Calisthenics. There should be a category for Light Calisthenics. I would say possibly use that to chart your daily activities.

A Fitbit or other fitness tracker would give you an estimate of calorie burn for your daily activities.

Welcome! I personally don't like to log day to day things such as my job (I'm a server,) but they definitely count and they are making a difference. You will find an option to add such things under Cardio in your exercise log. I also suggest a Fitbit!
