LTL Challenge - Week 4
Hi Lots to Losers!!!!! I hope everyone's hanging in there!!! There have been some suggestions made in the last week, so I tried to incorporate those into this upcoming week's challenges. Please let me know if you have any questions or suggestions or what have you. Good luck to all of our teams!!!!

Friday
Nutrition - Under Carbs

Nutrition - Under calories
Exercise - 50 pushups (modified as needed)
Sunday
Nutrition - Under Fat

Monday
Nutrition - Under Sodium
Exercise - 10 minutes of dancing - turn on some good tunes and really MOVE!! :-) I did this to burn a couple extra calories and LOVED it! Thought it would be a great thing to throw in to our challenge!
Tuesday
Nutrition - Under Carbs

Wednesday

^^^^There are different tabs at the bottom of the screen. One for the overall progress, one that just lists the players and team names and one that shows the challenges for the week.
Just a reminder:
For every 20 minutes of cardio that you do - WHATEVER IT IS - you will earn 10 points; as well as 10 points for the exercise challenge & 5 points for the nutrition challenge.
Each team will choose what day they will be resting. This means that none of your workouts for that day will count toward points. Instead - on that day - your team will earn points by drinking water. Each cup of water that your team reports for the day will be worth 10 points, up to a team max of 500 points (or 50 cups). The nutrition challenge for that day will also be up for grabs, but not the exercise challenge. So, on whichever day your TEAM chooses as rest day, you have the potential of earning 525 points. Pretty big bump!!!
Captains need to let me know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE which day your team will "rest," so that I can keep track of it on the spreadsheet.
There will be a bonus for the winning team each week. The prize will be ONE five point bonus. So, for the team that wins this week, if they have a day next week where they did REALLY poorly, they will have the opportunity to use their winning bonus and tack on 5 extra points.

I love, love, LOVE that you have the Dancing as an "exercise challenge." Why -- because I think it's soooooo important that we all practice "fun" ways to get in movement and calorie burn! This isn't just about having to work all the time... we need to learn to have fun in healthy ways. I love that!0
