Why does myfitnesspal food diary allow for 23 g of saturated fat but 0g of polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats? I thought the poly and mono were good fats?

They are trying to express it as follows. "Please do not have more than your red line of saturated fats."
And, "We prefer that you get your fats from polyunsaturated and monounsaturated sources. We understand that you might be choosing a high fat/low carb diet, and we understand that you may be able to consume a high amount of such healthy fats in your diet, therefore, we don't give you a red line."1
