    Thanks for asking! I had a great day. It’s been going well for me since Monday, not eating out or eating sugar again, which makes my appetite plummet! Yay!!

    I had a really great workout today! 90 min of sweat 💪!!! Weigh in is tomorrow!!! After my first week! Very excited lol

    I would like to join. Right now I weigh 185
    Today I ate way too many calories at a football watch party
    But I worked out for 2 hours at the gym after my game. :)

    I try to work out at least 3 to 4 times a week... Don't work out every week! The last week was awesome! 6 out of 7! Hope it will show it on the scale tomorrow morning!
