Hello,
Does anyone know how to enter workouts that are done from beachbody? I can't seem to manually enter my calories burned, I would like to know if there's a way.

Use "calesthenics" and in the box that comes up, use the number you have for calories.
OR, you can enter your own New Exercise. I have a whole list of my own exercises entered the way (and named the way) I want them.0 -

I would enter which type of exercises you’re doing. For example, 21 DFX would be circuit training whereas LIIFT4 I would break down each segment and enter it manually like 20 min cardio/10 calisthenics etc. which program are you doing?0

I do insanity max:30 and Body Beast so I enter insanity as aerobics and body beast as weight lifting.0
