I had weight loss surgery about 3 years ago. I went from 382.6 pounds all the way down to 149 pounds. I am now around 172 pounds and continue to climb! I need to get serious before I regain all my weight!!! I would love to have some friends on here for support and encouragement. If possible, I would love to actually hit my real goal weight of 132.6 pounds. Wanna work on our weight loss goals together??? Send me a friend request!

Congratulations on your weight loss in the first place, that's a big accomplishment! One thing I've learned is that its never too late to make changes and stop the gain. I often get in the way of myself and my head fills with self-defeating thoughts, which in turn drives me to make even more bad choices. Be positive and forgive yourself! I currently have about 85 pounds to lose and am also looking for support and encouragement, so I will be sending you a friend request for sure!0
