Nerd fitness academy any good?

Has anyone here used/using the nerd fitness academy, It seems like a really interesting idea and seems have a good following and advice. It does have a one off payment to join so I am just wondering if anyone here has done it before I decide.

    I haven’t used it but there is enough quality free information on the internet that I would be weary spending money on anything right away
