This was oddly satisfying like watching my car’s odometer switch from 99,999 to 100,000 so I thought I’d share.

    I don't know if I've ever hit the 'perfect' macros pie chart - but now and then have had a day of eating exactly my day's calories.

    ( of course I realise that is only exactly on paper, but cool nevertheless)
