I use to weigh 302 pounds i am now at.247 . But wanna get to 200 pounds. So lot's of water slow down on the beers and walk run cardio cardio cardio

    I’m with you on this journey. I started at 310. Now at 295 with an ultimate goal of 200. Replacing the soft drinks with water and cutting back my portions. Can’t hit cardio hard yet as I’m recovering from a massive hemorrhage. Add me if you would like....can always use a motivational buddy
