Anyone on a paleo/AIP friendly diet ? NEED ADVICE

I been on this diet for a while now due to health reasons I chose to take a holistic approach and started eating better to change outcome of my severe psoriasis. I been on a paleo Autoimmune Protocol diet and have lost nearly 24 pounds . I feel healthier energetic and even not hungry at all at times . It was suggested I stay on a high protein low cal low carb low fat diet and I’ve stuck to it for the most part . Cut out grains dairy legumes nightshades and every thing u can possibly imagine . Everything I can consume is vegan friendly organic gluten free no GMO. I am looking to lose weight but have seem to hit a plateau in my weight loss journey. Does anyone have any tips to help change the plateau so I can keep losing or is this the end of my journey I hope not . Need advice .

Weight loss is about calories. It's normal to have a couple of weeks here and there where you don't lose any weight, but if you haven't lost weight for 4-6 weeks then you are eating at maintenance level and need to eat less (or burn more) to continue losing weight.
If you provide your height, weight, and gender you might get some guidance on how much further you might want to go.
Have you been tracking calories? Do you know how much you have been typically eating daily?7 -
AIP issues are not about calory count. It's about how your body reacts to food and if it helps the healing process. Are you following AIP diet or just strictly no carbs high fat diet?1
