Broken foot

I have a broken foot and usually walk for exercise. Any ideas on what I can do instead?

    What did your Dr. say? I broke the top of my foot and could still squat/deadlift. Anything that kept my foot flat. For cardio I used the ski-erg.

    Ugg I broke my foot summer 2016 and it completely derailed me and my progress. Someone told me to "punch things" and I laughed it off thinking they were joking. They weren't.

    Check out the sit and be fit youtubes or something similar. Watch your calories and learn from me, don't let it derail you!

    I broke my foot twice in 2015. I had a surgical 'shoe' as well as a boot so could use the recumbent bicycle and weights at the Y.

    Same here along with broken toe on a couple occasions.

    It will be subjective to each individual and what is in the best interest.
