My goals is loose 35 lbs in 90 days. I started walking today and water aerobics. Eating healthier. Drinking more water. Watch the soda, sugar, starch, fried food, ice cream and chips. Will start a weight management diet nutrition soon..Am excited about that! Will share before after and feeling confident & Inspired for the healthier me in 2019!😂

    Bear in mind that this is a marathon, not a sprint. Chances are pretty great you didn't gain that excess weight in 90 days, so nor should you expect to lose it in that time frame. ;)

    Overly aggressive weight loss comes with a host of detrimental side effects to your health that can be avoided by taking a longer-term, more sensible and sustainable approach.
