My goals is loose 35 lbs in 90 days. I started walking today and water aerobics. Eating healthier. Drinking more water. Watch the soda, sugar, starch, fried food, ice cream and chips. Will start a weight management diet nutrition soon..Am excited about that! Will share before after and feeling confident & Inspired for the healthier me in 2019!😂

Depending on your starting weight, it's likely that this is not a realistic or healthy rate of loss.8

You're talking 3 lbs average over 12 weeks. Unless you are well in excess of 300 lbs, this is not a reasonable or safe goal.
Target ~1% of your current weight per week. And if all you need to lose is 35 lbs, 1% may be too high.10 -
To add on to what other posters have said, if you will reach your goal weight after losing 35 pounds, doing it in 90 days will create way too aggressive a deficit.6

True. Thanks for the realistic advice. I'll let you know how it's coming along.1

Bear in mind that this is a marathon, not a sprint. Chances are pretty great you didn't gain that excess weight in 90 days, so nor should you expect to lose it in that time frame.
Overly aggressive weight loss comes with a host of detrimental side effects to your health that can be avoided by taking a longer-term, more sensible and sustainable approach.2 -
Thank you. I'll keep that in mind👍True.
No worries won't over kill. Thanks2
