I’m back I’ve been here before and this is the only place I’ve had good success. I’ve lost 20-30 lbs several times before here but always put it back on. This time is different though. Im newly retired (65 year old male) and coming off of 2 back surgeries. So now my back is much better but I have 45 lbs to lose. But i have lost 5 lbs already. The only way I can lose is to log all my food. Stay around 1500 calories per day and keep my sugar down to <35 per day. I am also stationary biking 30-45 minutes per day. And it’s working!!! Just thought I would share what works for me.
