Best meals/macros for gaining muscle?

Can anyone give me some suggestions on how much protein/fat/carbs i should be eating daily to gain muscle while losing fat? Im currently 185 lbs, was 250 lbs a couple of years ago. I still have fat on me and a some muscle but im starting to body build and really need to know what my diet should be like!
