I was 99.8kg and i was benching around 80kg. 1 month later im 94.3 and i've gained some strenght! I'm benching 90kg.
Cutting on 2100cal. 15yo.

    Seems like a lot of weight to lose in one month. You may need to add some cal back or else you may lose more muscle than you’d like during your cut. Rule of thumb is about .5-.75 kg/week during cuts.
