Can anyone help me set up this app so it’s giving me NET CARBS (carbs - fiber)?

Try searching the forums, there is an add on that you can download, but within the app itself, the best you can do is 1) search for food items that are already net carb (use net carb as part of your search term) or 2) change your tracked nutrients to have your carbs and fibre beside each other and do the math.

The database is user controlled. And that info is not always readily available on a food label.

I havent figured that out either I just subtract the fiber count in my head so I know I'm on track.

This is how I have mine set up. Don't think the mobile versions will work with the script that is out there. It's just quick math with each meal to subtract out the fiber.

I look up the net carb versions when entering ingredients. Will often compare a couple for the same thing to check accuracy. Regular ingredients I'm familiar with which one to pick.
I find this helps the most since I'm British. Anything only branded for UK, will have the net carbs already worked out. So if I mix that with American total carbs and subtract fibre from the daily total, I'll get an inaccurate amount of net. Some entries may be net without knowing, so again, I like to be certain on the net carb value.

This is what I did, too. I find it easier than trying to look up accurate net-carb entries, some of which still include fiber and some of which don’t (making it impossible to track fiber). It would be nice to have a specific net carb column, but until that exists this set-up is the next-best thing.

If you go under Goals and then to nutrition Goals you can set up Protein Fat and Carb Goals...after you journal in the food diary uou can look under MAcros and it tells how close you are. How this helps
