Hi I'm new to this site. I'm so excited about finding this site. I have already lost 10 lbs.
I am going on a trip in april and want to look a bit better. No a lot better.

    hey hey....with those negative words you wont have a positive mentality.
    I used to be the same way...very self critical.
    NOW I have a sign on my wall that says "your body believes every word you say....so TALK NICE to yourself!"

    I know its hard, but just try to catch yourself when your thinking negative and try to distract yourself.
