Working on me

Hi All! New on here. Looking for suporotive friends to help on the way. Recently gotten into weight lifting and been a actively going to the gym. Personal goal for 2019 is to run a half marathon. Any tips for prepping is welcomed here. Message me and say hi!

    Tips would depend on your current run times for a mile or farther and what your target time for a half marathon is if you have one.

    @Roger15Z I run around a 9 minute mile. Don’t really have a target time in mind just want to finish ;) I am not a good long distance runner. I’ve completed a bunch of 5ks but that’s it. Really looking to improve my insurance.
