Hi. I just joined MFP 2 weeks ago. I’m 5ft 1 and currently weigh 70kg with a goal weight of 60kg which would take me to a UK size 8.
Started going to the gym 5 times a week doing mainly cardio.
Hopefully will start to see some positive impact on the scales soon
