Hi, I'm new

I am thrilled to find this website. I have tried keeping a journal SEVERAL times and when I keep it up I have always lost weight, so my expectation is that with this being to easy to add food and SO easy to count the calories, I will keep journaling my food long term and lose all of this horrid weight. I am also looking at being able to be accountable to my friends and hopefully have them join me, and I know a journey shared is more easily traveled.

    After you have used the site a while, it gets even easier to add your food because you won't have to search for them after you have used them once. It's a great site and very helpful.
