I think of both peanut butter and coconut as being fairly calorie dense, so unless you are going to make tiny cookies I don't think these exist.1

OP - There are some substitutes in baking: Splenda for sugar, applesauce for fat (in cakey type things). Yogurt for oil in brownies. Powdered peanut butter (PB2) is another possibility.

These are ingredients for a baked cookie (mix as with most baked cookies)
1 cup(s), Peanut Butter
1.25 tsp, Vanilla extract
2 large, Egg
0.67 cup, Rolled Oats
1 tsp, Leavening agents, baking soda
0.50 cup(s), Light Brown Sugar
0.33 cup, semi sweet morsels
These are ingredients for a no-bake energy ball (Google Energy Balls and you'll find many recipes):
2 tbsp, Blue Agave
2 tbsp(s), Maple Syrup
1 cup, Rolled Oats
0.50 cup(s), Flaxmeal
0.50 cup(s), Mini Morsels (Semi-sweet Chocolate)
0.25 cup, Craisins - Dried Cranberries**

3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Banana Cookies – Made with only bananas, oats, PB2 (and your choice of mix-ins - additional calories though), these cookies are less than 50 calories each

Ripe Bananas – They don’t have to be super brown, but the more ripe they are the sweeter these cookies will be.
Old Fashioned or Quick Cooking Oats
PB2 – dehydrated/powdered peanut butter
I also added a handful of dark chocolate chips/walnuts/dried cranberries/coconut, etc., *these would be additional calories though
3 INGREDIENT PEANUT BUTTER BANANA COOKIES
INGREDIENTS
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup oats (quick or regular)*
2 tablespoons PB2 or natural peanut butter
optional mix-ins - dark chocolate chips, walnuts, coconut, cinnamon, raisins, etc.
* You can use either or a combination of both. If you use just old fashioned, chop them a little bit.
INSTRUCTIONS
Grease a cookie sheet and preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix together the bananas, oats, and PB2.
Because banana's vary in size you may need to adjust the amount of oats you add. The texture should be like a wet cookie dough.
Add any mix-ins you want. Whatever you decide to add, stick to ¼ cup or less, or the dough won't stick together.
Scoop dough onto the greased cookie sheet. I got 12 cookies from this recipe.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350. ENJOY!
