I am on a 1200 calories program. When adding my exercise to the system, it added extra calories. I am not understanding if I should stay with 1200 or if I should add those extra calories to my daily intake. Please Help

Where did you get your calorie goal from? MFP gives you a goal that puts you at a deficit before exercise is considered, so if you increase the size of your deficit through exercise, you may eat those calories back.
1,200 is the very lowest that most women should go. If you are exercising regularly, you do want to account for that in some way so that your net calories don't go too low.0 -
Yup. Eat those extra calories. Or at least some of them.1
