Fitbit won't connect

My Fitbit has been connected to mfp for as long as I can remember until recently when it stopped working. I have disconnected it but now it won't re connect. I have emailed but still have not had a reply.

    I’ll have to look again, but the other night MFP’s tech team said there was an issue between the two and even advised against disconnecting them at this time.

    I can’t connect fitbit either 🙄

    I constantly have to keep resyncing my fitbit app just yo have my fp app log my activity on it. Its the obly way to add steps exercise etc .
