what do you do after you work out?

I seen this in my fitness magazine where the editors fess up to their healthy and not-habits. after I get done working out I like taking a nice hot shower or a dip in the pool.

    Shower, make a smoothie, and relax. Usually browse MFP, Tumblr, or Facebook for a bit depending on what time of day it is. Or if I workout right before work I'll just shower and be on my way.

    If its a morning workout I shower, if its an evening workout I change clothes.

    I always drink 1/2 a bottle of water. Then I wait 5-10 mins so i cool down b4 my shower. My mom told me some story abt how a guy died from taking a cold shower right away after an intense workout...this scares me lol

    I workout early am so I get home, shower, and if I have energy, make breakfast then nap. But only because I'm still on summer break.

    I go straight to MFP and log what I did. Then I shower. Then I get a breakfast and coffee.

    I always drink a glass of chocolate milk (the best after a workout) and lay prostrate on the floor for a few minutes. Then it is a shower.

    I work out at 4:30 in the morning so after I'm done I shower, get my kids ready for school, and head off to work. On weekends I wait till 8:00 am to work out then get the weekend chores done.

    I shower and then get ready for work. Once I'm at work then I drink my Atkins shake for breakfast. Just not enough time to drink it before work. Although I wonder if my shake, since it's chocolate, has the same effects as chocolate milk?
