Looking for others who keep their food diary open and are willing to share what they are eating, recipes, ideas that work for them. I'm new at this and have been using MFP and Pinterest to find ideas, books at the library (since I work there.) and looking for others on the same path. I need to lose 100 pounds more! So this might take me 2 years to do it. :) All other diets haven't worked for me. Mentally healing, physically looking better, feeling better, sleeping better and happy.
