Pool workouts please :)

Anyone have any good ones? :D I'm staying at a house with a pool for a few days. Thought I'd make the most of it!

    I like water jogging in one direction, then going in the other direction against the whirlpool .

    I've been walking back & forth across the pool in chest deep water. 20 minutes forward, 20 minutes backward and 20 minutes side-step. Moving the water with arms all the time. This counts as 600 calories burned for 1 hour.

    If it is deep enough water and you can tread well start doing modified kicks, punches, breast stroke (arms only) and what ever makes you feel like you are working. I like to tread and twist and it really works the core. Plus as you tread and do anything you give your whole body a good workout. I would only start with 15 mins and see how you feel the next day. It is harder than it feels while you do it.
