Hi there, I was 255 when I started. At my lowest I was 128. I have since had a baby and am at 164 right now. Feel free to add if you're looking for friends who have also lost that much and maintained fairly successfully!2

Thanks, How long did it take you to go from 255 to 128?0

We have almost exactly the same stats! I most recently started at 265 (275 at my highest last year), now 255. Right now my goal is below 200lbs. I will reassess where I want to be then. Adding you!

I’m 5”9 My highest was 280 and I’m at 274. Deff feel free to add me! I’m taking it literally just one day at a time. Do not think about how long you have to go. When you wake up just have a daily to do list and mark exercise as a think to check off. Get it out of the way. Just make small changes in diet. Think about how nauseous or sick you will feel after eating something bad. This has been working for me. I have been on a weight loss journey on and off and I decided that I need to literally just take it slow and not think about it. Also make your workout session fun! Something to look forward to!0
