It's my 8th Monthiversary Here!

December 20, 2010, I signed up for MFP! Eight months today.
I started C25k that day, too, and got on the scale for the first time in months. I was shocked and angry that I weighed more than I thought I did. I thought I was still around 150-ish, which is the high end of a healthy BMI for me, and maybe 15 pounds more than I wanted to weigh. I was ok with being 15 pounds over my ideal weight. I was NOT ok with weighing 160 pounds and being 25 pounds over my ideal weight!
Fast forward 8 months, and I'm down 30.5 pounds, lifting weights and enjoying it, and I'm looking forward to running my first 10k next Sunday. I'm eating healthy, have stopped snoring, and can touch my toes for the first time in my LIFE! I'm wearing a size 2 or size 4 in jeans, where I was in a 10 or 12. I've had to replace my undies because they were all too big. Jeans I used to wear will fall right off my hips. Mercifully, my bras still fit, but I had to shorten the straps a lot.
My body fat percentage has gone from an estimated 30% to just under 20%. I have abs. I never had abs before! And best of all, I don't have to stick my neck out like a crane to only have one chin in photographs.

Thanks MFP!!!! :flowerforyou:
