Lost 70lbs in 5 months and still going

Hi everyone, new to this app. The wife and I are on a weight loss journey spurred on by my goal to join the navy. Five months ago I was 320lbs and now I’m down to 250. Between the both of us, we’ve lost a combined 110lbs!

Any advice you guys would have to help us continue this trend would be fantastic. We’ve tried several different diets and so far we like keto the least. Just felt awful eating those foods and actually gained weight.

I look forward to continuing this journey with all of you!

    That is fantastic! I dont have much for advise other than your typical eat right and exercise. It's not easy cleaning up habits, but definitely worth it! I tore my ACL about 2 years ago and became extremely inactive. I always ate garbage and my doctor said its cause I used to run and could get away with it... So I cleaned up my eating and I didn't know I could feel so good. I still have a ways to go, but I have my husband for support as well! Keep up the good work =)

    Hi, just started back on MFP after a long absence and giving birth, needing to get back on track. I've found a specific diet isn't always the best option. Just keep your foods clean and consume lots of veggies. My husband is anti-veggie so the struggle is real to keep on track! Thank you for your decision to serve our country.
