Lose 1KG a week challenge! Just in time for Christmas

Hi everyone, please join me as I attempt to lose 1kg (2 lbs) every week until the end of the year.
Stats about me: I'm 23, 161cm (5'1.5") currently weigh 87kgs (191 lbs)
My plan: Walk 15,000 steps per day. Drink 4 liters of water.
Weight lost: none so far

Hey! I'm aiming to lose 1kg a week too!
I'm 26, 5ft2, a current weight 67.7kg! Weight loss so far 2.3kg!
I'm aiming to do my 10k steps a day, eat 1200cals a day, and do 4 workouts a week at the gym!2 -

Hi there, I'm trying to continue my journey in losing weight. Going on 1 year and half and 100lbs lighter I'm still not where I want to be yet.
I'm 34, 5ft7in, currently my weight is 94.3kg (207lbs).
My plan is to go to gym 5 days a week and do my Shaun T on weekends. Keep counting my calories and drinking much water.2 -

Hi, Iβm joining this challenge.
Iβm 29 years old and when I started this challenge I was 62.6kg (138.2 lbs) with a height 152cm (5β0β).
My plan: Walk 10,000 steps per day or do a workout. Workout at least 3 times a week. Drink 2 liters of water and eat around 1200 calories a day. I am on the Dukan diet (low carbs/high protein and no alcohol)
Weight lost so far: 0.8kg (1.8 lbs)

Hi, I also want to join this challenge.
I'm 31 years old, 72.5 kgs and 165cm.
I started my journey to lose weight since a year ago and already lost 5 kgs. The thing is my lack of consistency to do this makes the progress go very slow.
My current plan: do workout on alternating days, eat 1200 calories per day.2 -

I'm 50 and I weigh 85kg. My plan is to be under 80 by Christmas.
I'm trying to do 10k steps/day plus zumba classes.
Also trying to stick to my MFP calorie allowance.

@shonat11 I've been distracted for 2 weeks but now I'm back and I definitely want to lose 1 to 1.5kgs per week lf possible. I'm currently at 86kgs and hopefully 80kgs or less by Christmas π€Ά

@HabishaGirl. Didn't do well as I was away for 4 days for work. Started off ok but ate rubbish all day Sunday and wasn't great on Monday. Weighed myself this morning 85.5 (up more than 1kg from last week).
Not giving up though. Aerobics last night and back to healthy eating today.
