-free supplemental medical insurance makes for no out of pocket medical expenses
-Monday - Friday. No call, weekends, or holidays
-with the exception of just a few days, I am off work when my kids are out of school. Love getting to spend more time with them over summer
-just got transferred to a site about 5 minutes from home. The less gas and less time wasted commuting has been great
-kids are able to ride the bus to me after school so no more paying for after school child care (honestly that feels like a pay raise)

Since I am not presently engaged in labor for any other, my perks include lounging about the house all day keeping dishes and laundry clean, keeping the dog fed, and keeping mfp friends liked.

Relaxed environment, work from home when needed, schedule flexibility, several people at my last job now work at my new job (4), great money (makes up for crappy benefits). Basically I do what I want as long as I get my work done.

I get to work from home.
My company pays for my cell phone, internet bill, and gym membership.
I get a great deal of discounts from clients my company has worked with.
    My general benefits are great.
Every year I get a new computer.
I get to (loosely) set my own schedule.
I often get to attend events and conferences that interest me. I just went to Outdoor Retailer a few weeks ago.

Joking aside, just looking at the homepage in dev tools is pretty disheartening. There are so many errors.

There's a lady named Anna who works with me who used to be a caterer. She cooks full meals for us regularly. I'm talking biscuits and gravy for breakfast, fresh baked cookies in the afternoons, homemade pasta.

I got a really nice Christmas bonus this year.
The bank I previously worked at for over 10 years only gave us a turkey.

ETA, because of our bonuses, almost all the employees at my branch were able to "adopt" Angels from the Angel Tree and provided Christmas gifts for local underprivileged kids. I honestly had a blast with my girls buying for ours and it felt amazing to be able to afford it this year.

+1 for the Angel Tree! The kids and I shopped for a few this year, and they loved it. It was gratifying to see them excited about being kind to other kids this season.

    On topic:

The bonuses for company performance were drop dead gorgeous this year.

Nowhere else has ever given me such opportunity to be influential and have a meaningful impact.

Access to drug databases & all the free package inserts I want
Free mental test of short term memory (I like to make a game out of work to pass the time/keep my whits about me by memorizing intricate details...names, #s, histories, changes, etc.)

Less stressful working environment (solo ~80% of time working, overnights) & plenty of entertaining stories from my ordinary whackos I call my regulars
