    Thank you so much for all the kind words! I'd post a before and after but I'm not sure how...
    I've really been on the "eat better and exercise" plan... you all probably know that's extremely difficult to stick to. I wrote up a blog post a bit ago about my journey http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/g8rlex
    Yesterday was a treat day... and now I'm back on track today!
    I think the biggest key is discipline, determination, and remember it's okay to have a treat sometimes... just don't make it an everyday issue. It's definitely gotten easier over time.

    I FINALLY weigh less than 200 lbs as of this morning!!!! I wanna shout it out yet I hate to admit I weighed 278 last year. I honestly thought I'd never be under 200 again...

    I am a newly returned resident too, after a 15 year absence! I wasn't sure I'd ever be back here either, and I intend to STAY!
