Have you tried it? It doesn't sound bad. Honey is a great natural sweetener I use it often...yummy. I love to make fruit smoothies they are great and filling especially in the morning for breakfast. In about the same time it takes to make a pot of coffee (although personally I'm a tea person I don't like coffee) you can make a smoothie. They travel pretty well to work for me. I so love smoothies banana, strawberry, blueberries are my personal favorite to make or mix. I'd even through a little protein powder in it or use 2% milk instead of water to add a little creaminess to the taste as well as it was an easy way for me to add a little dairy to my diet since I don't typically drink a lot of milk. Good luck.

    My smoothie is somewhat similar.

    1 cup of frozen fruit
    2 cups water
    2 ice cubes
    juice from half a lemon
    3 cups Fresh spinach
    1/2 Tbsp honey

Super filling, it makes two large glasses and is 107 calories a glass.
Trust me, you won't taste the spinach.
