Hi Everyone,
I’m not new here but this is a new profile for me. I’ve been away for quite some time. Mommyhood, working, and going to school keeps me tied up. I’ve decided to give this another go and make a little time for myself. I plan to return to the gym 2x weekly and change my diet. Next semester my classes will be online so that should help some. Anyway, I want to know about any obstacles that you have faced during your weight loss/gain journey and how you’ve overcome them.

My greatest obstacle is consistency. I start; I stop. Trying now to focus on sustainable lifestyle changes instead of just diets and workouts. If you have some self control to spare, I'd appreciate it. 🏃🏾♂️🏃🏾♂️🏃🏾♂️1
