Hi everyone! I'm new to the site and very anxious to do something good for myself. I really think this site will help me realize exactly what and how much I am eating and hoping it will train me to eat healthier. Any advice anyone has to share, I'd love to hear it.

    Welcome to MFP. I think you've taken the first positive step in moving forward with your goals and will adjust to a new eating style that will be beneficial to you. If you watch the blogs daily you will see that the many of the same topics are repeated over and over again as new people hit either the same speed bumps in their diet and exercise programs.
